European AstroFest reserves the right to modify or change the program due to unforeseen events or circumstances, without being obligated to refund money or exchange tickets. If the event is postponed, the ticket holder will not receive a refund for the ticket price or any additional expenses. However, if the event is canceled, the ticket holder will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, but no refund will be given for any other expenses incurred. Ticket refunds are valid for up to one month after the canceled event. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any Ticket holder.

By entering the venue, Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending the Event, and for their likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content from such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or exploited in any and all media worldwide in all perpetuity.
